What are the benefits of microcement in the toilet?

A major advantage is the fact that microcement is so easy to clean because it has no joints and is water-repellent.

Furthermore, it is quite easy to do yourself and it does not cost much: a wall package for a cement-bonded plaster wall including PU coating costs only €27/m².

Which surfaces are suitable for microcement in the toilet?

The most well-known suitable surfaces are: existing tiling, cement-based plaster, gypsum-based plaster, wedi panels, wooden panel material, sand-cement floors, and many more surfaces.

Do I need to remove my old tiles?

If old tiles are firmly attached and there are no large gaps in the wall structure, you can simply leave your tiles in place. You can go over this with one of our wall packages.

Please note that you carefully remove all sealant residue. Nothing sticks to silicone sealant, so you must thoroughly remove it with a sealant remover.

What colours are available?

The possibilities for choosing a color for microcement for the toilet are endless. Look carefully at what you like to match with the other parts of your toilet.

To make it a little easier, we have 17 popular standard colours in stock.

Furthermore, all RAL colours or NCS (Natural Colour System) colours are available and can be viewed on location with us. We can show RAL and NCS colours using a fan.

Gray, white, brown?

Shades of grey combine well with black or white toilets and sinks for a sleek look. Sand and beige shades go well with warm wood tones and cream tones for a natural look. Want contrast? Combine light and dark shades for a modern effect.
